Rep. Manny Pacquiao can do wonders. He has been the pride of Filipinos and wowed boxing fanatics worldwide by winning 9 titles in the different weight divisions. He is, after all, the Fighter of the Decade. I would bet almost all Filipinos are tuned in to his fight with Antonio Margarito today. It has been reported that Manila gets zero crime, and yes hardly any traffic concern, during a Pacquiao fight.
